Lightweight Sleepwear: Match the Cut to How You Sleep

The sleepwear here comes from the SilkLight line, 16 momme 100% mulberry silk with a soft, fluid drape. The pajama sets are mostly button-up styles with a lapel or notch collar and long sleeves, plus a half-sleeve, round-neck set with wide-leg pants. Cami sets and camisole tops leave the arms and shoulders bare, which suits anyone who finds sleeves fussy at night. A robe is an extra layer for mornings and evenings, and the nightgown and robe set pairs both in matching fabric. Woven silk has very little stretch, so the size chart matters more than the photograph.

Stretch Silk Shirts: Check the Fabric Line

The shirts are 19 momme stretch silk charmeuse from the SilkFlex line, with a lapel collar, long sleeves and a button front, in sizes XS to XL. Some are solid colors and others are prints, including leopard, stripe, butterfly, geometric and navy floral. The fabric is mulberry silk blended with a small amount of other fiber, which gives a little more movement than woven silk, so read the material line on the listing you choose before you order.

Size Checks for Each Type of Piece

• Pajama sets — Compare the bust, shoulder and pants length with pajamas you already wear, and where the chart gives a waist range for the elastic waistband, check that your waist falls inside it. Some charts list an Asian size next to the US size, so order by the US size.
• Cami sets and camisole tops — The chart gives the bust and the length, and the straps adjust. On the cami sets, length runs from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem, not counting the straps.
• Robes — A robe wraps and ties with a belt, so the length and sleeve length are the numbers to check.
• Shirts — Hold the bust, shoulder and sleeve measurements against a shirt you like, and allow extra length if you plan to tuck it in.

Each listing gives the model's height and the size she wears. If you are shorter than the model, a midi robe or full-length pants will sit lower on you.

For everything else, our Return & Exchange Policy asks that pieces come back unwashed, unworn and undamaged with the original tags attached, and it allows one return or exchange per order. Return shipping for an item that is not defective is paid by the customer, and a refund is based on the amount you actually paid.
